Dear Tom:
We are addressing the punch list items from your Inspection Worksheet received June 1, 2022. Enclosed
are following documents for your review and approval:
1. One set of revised As-Built Plans including Road and Drainage, Landscape, and Illumination Plans
2. One copy of the As-Built Bond Quantity Worksheet in Excel format
The following outline provides each of your Final Punchlist Items related to the as-built plans in italics exactly
as written, along with a response:
verify existing 18 inch cmp at cb D3 is FILLED with CDF
Response: The existing 18” CMP pipe was shown incorrectly on the plans and no longer needs to be
filled with CDF. The existing 18” pipe headed SE to the existing Pioneer Place Pond will remain. See
revised sheet
Cb D1 was to be connected to existing pipe. No existing pipe to connect to? Trash Rack?
Response: The 18” DI pipe was connected to CB #D1. The notations on Sheet 16 were revised.
Complete landscaping.
Response: Landscape as-builts included with this submittal
Construct path along south side of plat including stairs
Response: Stairs on Lot 39 are deferred per DEF22001233 and plat conditions
Correct plan set sheet 16 CB D1 Remove connect to existing verbiage
Response: The notation was removed from Sheet 16.
Place markings on sr 169 Sheet 17

Response: Deferred per DEF2200989
Sheet 17 Markings should not say proposed. Correct.
Response: The plans were revised to remove the reference to proposed improvements.
Update as built plans to show trail once it is completed
Response: The trail was built per the approved plans. See the enclosed updated as-builts.

Final Punchlist received June 1, 2022. Please review and approve the enclosed at your earliest
