Resending email as your email address provided by the Department of Community & Economic Development in
attached letter was incorrect.
Mr. Beard,
Attached photo of yet another tree from 19016 116th Ave. SE now known as Wang Short Plat, falling on and
significantly damaging a Jesse Glen HOA home on 189TH PL SE Renton, WA. Homeowners are in receipt of attached
letter, and it has been posted on the community social media and mailboxes so community members who have had
homes damaged from derelict trees from above mentioned property can make comments. All present and prior owners
of this property have not been cooperative in working with homeowners on 189TH PL SE Renton of the Jesse Glen
HOA, to prevent derelict unhealthy trees from falling on homes, community park and endangering homeowners and
their children. The Jessie Glen HOA also encompasses homes on SE 191st and 117th PL SE. Renton.
We have all archived emails that will be forwarded to the comment address given in attached letter; communicating
inspections from city arborist, violations etc of derelict trees, communications with past and present owners.
The Jesse Glen HOA, homeowners & residents will not permit any access on park path or bordering park until the
current property owner takes responsibility for all damage occurred during his/her ownership of 19016 116th Ave. SE
Renton, from derelict trees that have fallen on community homes. Community members will trespass any workers seen
on the park path, park or neighborhood yards. Community members living on 189TH PL SE Renton, SE 191st St & 117th
PL SE will oppose all work on Wang Short Plat until affected community members are made whole and all dangerous and
derelict trees have been removed.
Make it right! That’s our message. Presently an unhealthy tree is hanging over a community members yard and could
likely fall on the same home that was most recently damaged. The tree in photo could have caused significant bodily
harm to community members. It caused significant damaged to the home, punched through a wall, crushed a fence and
damaged the roof.
If the current property owner feels the negligence is on the city for designating the present existing trees on property as
healthy and requiring they be left existing. Our HOA has plenty of archived complaints on file with the city that goes back

the property.
