Disturb mitigation planting areas during the establishment period as outlined in the mitigation plans pursuant to Renton Municipal Code (RMC) 4-3-050; d. Plant trees, shrubs, or other vegetation having deep root patterns that may caus4, damage to or interfere with the use of the facilities; Develop, landscape, or beautify the Easement Area in any way which would unreasonably increase the costs to Grantee of restoring the Easement Area and any private improvements therein. g. Erect fences in such a way as to prevent access across the Property by Grantee's vehicles to Grantee's facilities.
