This picture was taken on December 3, 2021. The water comes from King County roads, and the county park on the opposite corner. Renton roads and the detention pond at Windstone also contribute to our problem. The water goes into the drainage ditch on 148th and goes about 500 feet down the ditch to NE 17th St. where it goes under 148th back to Greenes Stream where it starts its journey to May Creek. KC Roads came out and fixed the gully, but we still get the water — along with the sediment going through our yard to May Creek. We also get the stormwater runoff at MP 15 — going straight down through CAUTION: This email originated from outside the City of Renton. King County officials — along with Renton officials don’t seem to care about protecting downstream property owner’s property. Have a good day.
