Proposed construction dates (begin and end dates): Response: June - September 2022 2. Hours and days of operation: Response: Construction activities shall be restricted to 7am-8pm M-F, 9am-8pm on Saturdays, as required by RMC 4-4-030C7. 3. Proposed hauling/transportation routes: Response: Tenant improvements and move-in hauling/transportation hours shall be restricted to between 8:30 and 3:30 M-F as required by RMC 4-4-030C7. Existing site access points and vehicle transportation routes will be utilized. One exiting route is to go West out of the site to Lind Ave. and go either North or South on Lind. The other is to go North out of the site and go East to E.Valley Rd or West on 34th to Lind and go either North or South. 4. Measures to be implemented to minimize dust, traffic and transportation impacts, erosion, mud, noise, and other noxious characteristics: Response: Proposed scope for tenant improvements is anticipated to have minimal traffic, dust, erosion, noise and mud to manage. We will implement targeted watering to keep dust at a minimum, but there are no proposed improvements to non-asphalted areas, thus effectively removing erosion, mud, or dust issues. We will be using the existing site entrance points, and do not foresee any traffic or transportation impacts, nor noisy or noxious situations. 5. Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling (i.e. weekends, late nights); Response: We do not propose or anticipate any specialty hours for construction or hauling. 6. Preliminary traffic control plan: Response: We plan to utilize the existing site access points at the North and West. We anticipate most traffic to enter North from 34th St, therefore we would suggest a preliminary traffic plan to exit to the West onto Lind Ave. Note: If your project requires the use of cranes, please contact the City’s Airport Manager at 425- 430-7471 to determine whether Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) notification will be required. Response: Not applicable. EXHIBIT 17 RECEIVED Clark Close 04/20/2022 PLANNING DIVISION DocuSign Envelope ID: E5547EDD-1825-4B24-9DC9-B3EFAE58C2CD
