Average / Fair condition built in 1958. It is located in a Single Family Moderate R-6 zone and
identified as parcel 1432400030 currently owned by G Singh Investments LLC. Lot size is a level
7560 sq ft with no distinguishing ecological characteristics in Area 30-002 of Fairwood. It is
currently attached to Soos Creek water & Sewer District in Renton, King County, Washington.
