I leased the property on 250 rainier ave s Renton with intentions on opening up a
dealer ship. Talked to the land lord and everything and he said it was ok to do so.
When reaching out to the city of Renton to find out if I needed a permit or a license
from them they told me that that property was not able to be dealership anymore do
to the fact that it hasn’t been a active dealership for the past 2 years. The zone had
change and the city changed the use on the property. Talked to the landlord and he
gave me access to the last least date and came to find out it hasn’t been that two
year mark as the city stated. They gave me the option to do this application and wait
to see what the city had to say.

The planning division has determined that the pre-application you have applied for is incomplete. Please
refer to the Pre-Application Submittal Requirements Packet attached for guidance on what information
should be submitted. The following items will need to be submitted in order to continue processing your
pre-application. Feel free to email them to me directly or upload them to the permitting system in PRE22-
000233.
