Narrative
The intent of the project is to create three R-8 lots which lot# 3 will access from SE 168 th Street, and lot 1
& lot 2 will access from 113th Ave SE. Existing 10” sewer is on the West side of property. Water is on
both side of street. Existing house and garage to remove at later date. Owner intent to stay in the existing
house while construct a new house on lot #3, when it complete he will move to new house and demolish
the existing house and garage. There is a 11feet dedicate to city for future widening 168 th street. New
sidewalk and tree will plant on both side of street.
