SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR SIGNED PLAN SETS AND NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
APPROVAL LUA22-000265 / SOLERA LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
Dear Mr. Nall:
The Department of Community and Economic Development has completed the review of the proposed lot line
adjustment and is now ready to send the final version for recording per the following:
• Please make the corrections noted in the attached redline markup summary on the printed plan sets noted
below.
• Please submit five (5) sets of original signed lot line adjustment plan sets (18”x24”) to my attention at the
sixth floor counter of City Hall.
• Payment of $297.50 for the recording fee(s) and $40.00 for the Courier Fee. Please make payment via the
link on the enclosed invoice.
• Please note that the conditions of the Solera Master Site Plan approval that include , but are not limited to
phasing, construction of infrastructure, and expiration remain in full effect and are unchanged as a result
of this Lot Line Adjustment.
Please verify that the plan sets have been signed by all owners of record and have been notariz ed with an ink
stamp (not embossed). The ink stamp must be legible so that King County will promptly record the lot line
adjustment.
Condition of Approval: The applicant shall comply with all co nditions of approval from the Solera Master Plan
Modification to Master Plan, Site Plan and Prelimin ary Plat; Street Modification Hearing Examiner decision dated
March 14, 2021, and Minor Modification issued August 19, 2021.
This decision to approve the proposed lot line adjustment is subject to a fourteen (14)-day appeal period from the
date of this letter. Due to the ongoing state of emergency enacted by Governor’s Proclamation 20 -28.14 (and as
amended), the City Clerk’s Office is working remotely. For that reason, appeals must be submitted electr onically
to the City Clerk at cityclerk@rentonwa.gov or delivered to City Hall 1st floor Lobby Hub Monday through Friday.
The appeal fee, normally due at the time an appeal is submitted, will be collected at a future date if your appeal

is submitted electronically. Appeals to the Hearing Examiner are governed by RMC 4 -8-110 and additional
information regarding the appeal process may be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office, cityclerk@rentonwa.gov.
