HomeMy WebLinkAboutM_Hazardous_Materials_Narrative_Logan Six_220330_v1.pdfHazardous Materials Management Statement 3/11/2022 Logan 6 Hazardous Materials Management Statement Dear Alex I offer the following in regards to hazardous material handling during the development of the project: All equipment / engine fueling, waste products associated with machinery maintenance and operation, by- products of pile augering procedure's, or other related construction activity will be monitored, contained, and disposed of per all local jurisdictional, State, and Federal requirements and guidelines in accordance with construction contract agreements between the project developer and the general contractor and associated subcontractors. The development parcel lies within the Delta Aquifer zone and is not subject to the requirements associated with the Section 4-4-030 Aquifer Protection Zone 1 or 2. There will be no hazardous materials stored outdoors or indoors for the operation of or related to the completed development. Respectfully Submitted, Andrew S.
