I offer the following in regards to Geologic Risk associated with the development of the
project on this particular site:
The project Owner and I as the Owners representative understand and accept the risk
of developing in an unstable area and the Owner will advise, in writing, any prospective
purchasers of the site, or any prospective purchasers of structures or portions of
structures on the site, of the unstable potential of the area and bring attention to the
extensive studies and reports used to identify as well as develop and enact mitigation
measures to limit any known risk.
