Hello Andrew,
I am submitting to you a Request for Reconsideration of Decision related to the
approval of the Chick-Fil-A expansion project.
The Access Easement with King County recording number 7607260646 is not
properly recognized in the Chick-Fil-A site plans. While the easement’s boundaries
are identified on the plans, the applicants proposed uses and site features depicted
therein interfere with the rights granted to parcel 0007200190 through the easement
document. The document’s Grantee is entitled to, and has the expectation of,
uninterrupted and unobstructed use of their lawfully obtained rights until such time the
easement is released. The Grantee requests modification of the applicant’s plans to
reflect and allow the full use of the rights granted to parcel 0007200190 by way of the
aforementioned 1976 easement document.
Thank you,
Alex Malesis
