Dear Mr. Rao:
The Planning Division of the City of Renton has determined that the subject application is complete according to
submittal requirements and, therefore, is accepted for review.
This application will be consideration by the Environmental Review Committee at a date that has not yet been
determined. Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue
processing your application.
In addition, this matter will also be presented before a Public Hearing by means of the Zoom video conferencing
web application, which includes a phone-in option. You will be notified of this date when it is determined. The
applicant or representative(s) of the applicant are required to be present at the public hearing. A copy of the staff
report will be issued one week before the hearing. Please use the one of the following three methods to attend
the Public Hearing:
