1. Call To Order:
Kathleen Booher called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Brent Beden and Seconded by Camila Lagow to approve the November 24, 2020 meeting minutes.
Carried.

5. Other Business/Comments
A. Jim nominated and Brent seconded Kathleen Booher to be the Chair. Motion carried. Kathleen nomi-
nated Camilla and Jim seconded the nomination of Camila as Vice Chair. Brent moved to close the nom-
ination. Seconded by Jim. Motion Carried.
B. The Commission reviewed the 2021 Civil Service Commission proposed meeting dates. Brent Moved to
change the November meeting date to the 3rd Tuesday, November 16, 2021, and the December meeting
date to the 4th Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Seconded by Jim. The Motion Carried.
C. Next Regular meeting is January 26, 2021**
