Chair Brent Beden called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Jim Matthew and Seconded by Camila Lagow to approve the December 17, 2019 meeting minutes.
Carried.

A. Entry Level Police Eligibility List* and Examination Report**

5. Other Business/Comments
A. Commissioner Matthew moved to nominate Kathleen Booher, Commissioner Lagow seconded the mo-
tion, as Civil Service Vice Chair.* Carried.
B. Commissioner Lagow moved to recommend the Civil Service Secretary to research and draft a change in
civil service rules that address when a Civil Service Commissioner obtains three or more unexcused ab-
sences, that the Commissioner may be removed from the Commission. Commissioner Booher seconded
the motion. Carried.
C. Next Regular meeting is March 23, 2020**
