Chair Brent Beden called the meeting to order at 4:31 p.m.
2. Approval Of Minutes:
Moved by Jim Matthew and Seconded by Kathleen Booher to approve the November 26, 2019 meeting minutes.
Carried.

A. Entry Level Police Eligibility List* and Examination Report**

5. Other Business/Comments
A. Civil Service Secretary Sandler provided a copy of revised Civil Service Rules 3.01 and 3.02. Sandler said
that the City Attorney’s office reviewed the revisions and approved the language as proposed. The Civil
Service Commission approved the rule changes at the November meeting contingent upon legal review
and approval.
B. Election of Civil Service Vice Chair.* Due to the fact that there were two Commissioners absent, Jim
Matthew moved to table this agenda item until the next meeting. Seconded by Kathleen Booher.
C. The 2020 Civil Service Regular Meeting dates were provided. Jim Matthew moved and Kathleen Booher
seconded the motion to approve the 2020 Civil Service meeting dates.
D. Next Regular meeting is December 17, 2019**
