Notice is hereby given that the City of Renton has accepted the following proposal for review:
2022 Docket #17, Group C
LUA22-000296, ECF
Location: Citywide. The applicant is requesting Environmental (SEPA) Review for the following non-project items:
D-220: Flood Regulations; D-221: Smoking Clubs or Lounges; D-222: Submittal Requirements Amendments; D-
223: Citywide Minimum Standards for Multi-family Housing (Amendments to CD Zone Development Standards);
D-224: Parking Requirements for Converted Uses; D-225: Warehousing and Distribution Facilities.
Comments on the above application must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM on September 1, 2022. Please
submit comments online at https://cutt.ly/SQvBak4. Alternatively, you may physically mail your comments to:
City of Renton, CED, Attn: Planning Division, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton, WA 98057. Please include the Land
Use file number (LUA) or project address in your comments. Anyone who submits written comments will
automatically become a party of record and will be notified of any decision on this project.
