I see no issue with the trees and consider the condition met. No further actions are needed on your part. Thank you. I do have to take my Mother to an appointment on Wednesday, so I will be gone shortly after noon. Frank should be around all day. Thanks for your help with this. The tree proposed for removal was a required street tree as part of the Barbee Mill subdivision approval. We do recognize that the location isn’t viable for a replacement street tree which is why the condition to replant in the rear yard was included. I will be able to do a site visit on Wednesday, August 17 to inspect the trees in the backyard. Thank you. We were surprised, however, to find a condition to that approval of planting another tree in the back portion of our property. While we understand the need to support tree density, we believe that is a condition we currently meet. Please find attached supporting pictures to document our position on this issue, showing 3 trees currently in our back area. As written under the heading of "Routine Vegetation Management Review Criteria 4-9- 195D4" of the approval notice, the property being approximately 3,695 square feet requires 1 significant tree to meet the minimum tree density for the said property. The arborist's report did have an overhead drone shot of the property, it did not show the entire depth of the lot and the missed entirely our backyard. This leads us to believe whoever did the approval and put in the condition, did not come out to the property to inspect what is currently there, otherwise that person would have known we already comply with the minimum tree density requirement. Please let us know if you have any question with this item. Best regards, Margaret Hansen Frank Rasmussen
