Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on the State
Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) notice of application utilizing the
optional mitigated determination of nonsignificance (ODNS/NOA-
M) process for the Logan Six project. Based on review of the
checklist associated with this project, the Department of Ecology
(Ecology) has the following comments: Section 3 Water, Subsection
B Groundwater Groundwater at the proposed project location may be
shallow. Please specify if dewatering will be conducted during the
construction. And if yes, please provide the general protocol for
dewatering. The proposed project is located within one-year time of
travel wellhead protection zone of City of Renton "Downtown
Wells", i.e. water supply wells RW-1, RW-2, RW-3, PW-8, and PW-
9. Please specify any potential impact this proposed project will make
to the water supply wells, and potential mitigation measures that will
be taken during the project. Thank you for considering these
