My board is aware of this and is fine with it but if need something more formal than my word it will take a week of so for me to get formal responses from each of them and then write
up formal minutes showing their approval. Attached in the meantime I’ve attached the signed Land Use permit.

* Under the property owner section, the owner’s listed address is the same as the site address. Is the site where they are located? It looks like they are based out of Bellevue.
* It states that Halene Sigmund is the owner of the property. Halene Sigmund appears to be the registered agent and one of the governors for Construction Industry Training Council of
Washington. A revised Mater Application is needed identifying Halene Sigmund as the authorized representative with attached proof of authorization.
Criteria for Exemption

5. In good taste and reasonably reflect acceptable community values;
6. Of sufficient durability so at to have life expectancy of at least ten (10) years;
7. Not used or referred to in the media or by the owners of the premises or operators of the business contained thereon for business advertising purposes.
Based on the information provided it does not appear that criteria six and criteria seven have been addressed. It also looks like the Arts Commission has approved funding for the mural.
A copy of the approval would provide additional context and information related to criteria 5.
