Dear Mr. Curwood:
This is the 3rd time we have reset your hearing that you requested to contest the validity the Code
Compliance Violation Finding dated November 22, 2021 and arrived in our office on December 8, 2021.
Per the Governor’s Emergency Proclamation 20-28, the City of Renton is prohibited from holding an in-
person hearing at this time. Therefore, a virtual/telephonic hearing will be held regarding your code
compliance appeal by the Renton Hearing Examiner on Tuesday, May 10, 2022, on the 10:00 a.m.
docket by means of the Zoom video-conferencing web application which includes a local phone-in
