ENGINEERING -SURVEYING -LAND PLANNING 726 Auburn Way North Auburn, WA 98002 Preliminary Construction Mitigation all For Ravi Short Plat Proposed construction dates: Based on this preliminary short plat application date, we anticipate construction permits for utilities and plat infrastructure ( roads, sidewalks, etc.) to be finalized later this year ( 2022) to early next year ( 2023). Based on that timeline, we anticipate utility and plat infrastructure construction to begin in the spring of 2023 and end during the summer of 2023. Home construction on the lots should begin during the summer of 2023 and run through at least the winter of 2023 and possibly longer, depending on lot sales Hours and days of operation; Construction activities will be limited to the hours between 7:OOam and 8:OOpm, Monday through Friday and 9*00am and 8:OOpm Saturday. In addition, haul hours are limited to the hours between 8:30am and 3:30pm on Saturdays, unless approved in writing in advance by the development services division. No work permitted on Sundays. Proposed haulin;s/transportation routes: The site is accessible from SE 2nd Pl. All access is proposed from here during construction. Measures to be implemented to minimize dust. traffic and transportation impacts, erosion, mud. noise, and other noxious characteristics: Water Truck, Temporary Erosion Control Plan, BMPs, construction proposed during City of Renton permitted work hours Any special hours proposed for construction or hauling: No special hours are proposed. Preliminary traffic control plan: Site is located along SE 2nd Pl (classified residential access) at the approximate intersection with 156tn Ave SE. (classified Arterial). Anticipate "construction ahead" warning signs on SE 2nd Pl. east and west of the project site. Flaggers and additional signage will be provided when work is required in the right- of -way. Construction staging / parking will be limited to on- site and along SE. 2nd Pl. Site will be accessed from SE. 2nd Pl. Final Traffic Control Plan will be provided at the time of engineering approval.
