letter, (2)the original of Strada's duly execution Petition for Partial Release of Easement(with attached
Exhibits A and B thereto as referenced in the Petition), (3) a copy of the Utility Easement recorded under King
Co. Rec. #199107080928, and(4) Strada's check payable to the order of"City of Renton" in the amount of
$257.50 as a filing fee (a sum that is equal to $250.00 plus the City's 3 percent technology fee).
