Thank you for your initial question regarding the Southport West project (LUA22-000284) wherein you asked when the
road connecting Park Ave N to the Southport development would open to the public. Your question will be added to the
public record and you have been added as a party of record.
Per the current Park Ave N Extension Project schedule, substantial completion is anticipated on September 14, 2023.
Please note the current project schedule is subject to BNSF Railway Company’s issuance of a Construction and
Maintenance (C&M) Agreement.
