I will add you to be parties of record so that you can follow along with the project. The public comment period is not
open yet, but I will save your email in the file once the comment period starts.
A member of our team is doing some research on your question regarding other ADUs that may be in your
neighborhood. When the information is ready I will send it over to you.

Good evening
We live next door to the Hyodo's. We are very concerned about an ADU going in next door. First webelieve our view of
the mountains from our deck will be blocked and we plan on selling our house and it will be a big deterrent for
potentially new owners seeing this 900sq FT building in the back yard. Being the next door Neighbour We anticipate
more foot traffic coming around the side of the house. Additional cars and it's not something We want to look at when
We are staring out my window. We am also concerned that the structure will be high enough that we will loose our
privacy. Also concerned because of this our taxes may increase and the value of my house will go down. We have lived
in our home for 26 years and we just do not think it is fair to have potential renters living in the back yard peering over
my fence. We hope you take our complaint into consideration.
