HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE_ Civil Closeout for Talbot Hill Substation.msgHi Scott, I’m with you here. I don’t see a need for a maintenance bond for this work, as all is on private property and the pond was existing. Thanks for checking. Gary From: Scott Warlick <SWarlick@Rentonwa.gov> Sent: Thursday, September 29, 2022 7:44 AM To: Gary Fink <GFink@Rentonwa.gov> Subject: Civil Closeout for Talbot Hill Substation Hello Gary, I had a project at 2400 S Puget Dr, the PSE substation on Talbot, to add some current limiting reactors. The project involved adding a compacted gravel maintenance road back to the new reactors and they directed the surface water from the new road to a large existing stormwater pond they had on site. All the work that happened was on private property and not in our ROW. Brianne and I were going to waive the maintenance bond requirement for this one, but we wanted to double check with you that you haven’t heard of any problems in the area or have any of your own concerns? To be totally upfront with you Gary, this project kind of slipped through the cracks during COVID and all the work has been completed for some time I just forgot to get it closed out. Just trying to get this one behind us now. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns!
