COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE PROCLAMATION Mayor’s Office April Alexander 4.a) PUBLIC HEARING 2023-2028 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP): This being the date set, and proper notices having been posted and published in accordance with local and State laws, Mayor Pavone opened the public hearing to consider the 2023-2028 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). COUNCIL CONCUR ESD Jason Seth Sandi Weir 7.b) CONSENT AGENDA AB - 3206 Finance Department recommended adoption of an ordinance amending the 2022 year-end budget to increase revenues by $44,523,098, for an amended total revenues of $758,762,453 over the biennium, and increase expenditures by $33,349,933 for an amended total expenditures of $955,398,957 over the biennium. COUNCIL CONCUR HRRM Ellen Bradley-Mak Kelsey Urban Mary Ann Anthony 8.a) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Transportation Committee Chair Văn presented a report concurring in the staff recommendation to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to approve the annual updates to the 2023-2028 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan. The Committee further recommended that the resolution regarding this matter be presented for reading and adoption. COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Public Works - Transportation Martin Pastucha Jim Seitz Heather Gregersen 8.b) UNFINISHED BUSINESS Community Services Committee Chair Rivera presented a report concurring in the staff recommendation to confirm the following appointments made by Mayor Pavone, all with terms expiring December 31, 2022: • Position 2: Ms. Elaine Seay-Davis • Position 3: Ms. Katharine Cooke • Position 5: Ms. Siona Cochran • Position 8: Ms. Faye Williams • Position 15: Ms. Brigid Cabellon COUNCIL CONCUR IN THE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION Parks & Recreation Kelly Beymer Carrie Nass Roberta Graver 9.a) Resolution: Resolution No. 4482: A resolution was read updating and extending Renton's Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program for 2023-2028. COUNCIL ADOPT THE RESOLUTION AS READ Public Works - Transportation Martin Pastucha Jim Seitz Heather Gregersen 9.b) Ordinances for first reading: Ordinance No. 6081: An ordinance was read amending Subsection 4-2-060.O of the Renton Municipal Code, adding a definition of “Battery Energy Storage System Facility” to Section 4-11-020 of the Renton Municipal Code, lifting the moratorium established by Ordinance No. 6061, authorizing corrections, providing for severability, and establishing an effective date.
