THE NATIVE GROWTH PROTECTION EASEMENT (NGPE) ON THIS PLAT IDENTIFIES THE REQUIRED WETLAND
BUFFER AREA FOR THE WETLANDS. THE CREATION OF THE NATIVE GROWTH PROTECTION EASEMENT (NGPE)
