The provided Arborist report along with the submitted Master application has been filled out
with the understanding that the current location of the two (2) trees that need remediation are
in Tract A of the Parklane Court HOA. This HOA has been dissolved since 2002-06-02 according
to UBI#602693926 in public record via opengovwa.com.
The registered agent was the following LLC and contact, which aligns with the filed plot plan
and details on title:
Specialized Homes, LLC
Executor – Robert Nieman
1741 4th Ave S 3B
Seattle, WA 98134
We have attempted to contact Specialized Homes via public provided phone numbers, which
are all disconnected or not in use anymore. Secondly, we sent several emails to this LLC with
no response. Further investigation shows that Specialized Homes, LLC was also dissolved in
2016-07-01. Therefore, there is no point of contact available to sign for ownership of tract A.
We have completed the Master Application with Applicant of Le Camps, who is the owner of
the property impacted by the trees at the above address and signed the request accordingly.
I have attached screen shots of both UBI’s in reference for your consideration in this matter.
