THENCE easterly along the arc of a curve to the left continuing along the

a central angle of 0`36'59" a distance of 6.49 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
an&easement whose raigins lie 10 feet west and north and 5 feet east and south of the

The Grantor shall fully use and enjoy thk aforedescribed premises. including
0-the right to retain the right to use the surface of said right-of-way if such use
cOdoes not interfere with installation and maintenance of the utilities. However,
the grantor shalt not erect buildings or structures over, under or across the
right-of-way during the existence of such utilities.
This easement, shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
on the Grantor, his successors, heirs and assigns. Grantors covenant that they
are the lawful owners ofthe above properties and that they have a good and lawful
right to execute this agreement.
