resolution of the matter. In light of this, both parties are requesting a continuance of the
hearing scheduled for Tuesday October 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. to the week of February 6-10,
2023.
I understand you will need confirmation from Mr. Ursich beyond this email.
Counsel for Mr. Wilson, Mr. Ursich, is unavailable February 13-17, 2023; counsel for the
City, Ms. Kent, is unavailable January 23-27, 2023.

Actually, I'm the City's Hearing Examiner assigned to hear the appeal and issue a decision.
I've cc'd Patricia Kent, the City's assistant City Attorney who usually handles code
enforcement cases. She is probably the best person to talk to for settlement.
