Hi Nathan, Thanks for summarizing this. In regard to the deeds of dedication, please use the most recent document, “19133 Mitchell”. The other was a draft for review and since there were no comments, a final stamped version was provided. Thanks, Jake Drake | PROJECT COORDINATOR BLUELINE | THEBLUELINEGROUP.COM <https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thebluelinegroup.com%2F&data=05%7C01%7CNJanders%40Rentonwa.gov%7C1b010265dd6b4ea1ab4608dab372af1c %7C71014141061148858e98cc96a05e1675%7C1%7C1%7C638019602405943269%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=FMWBxOVrpNJXs9PhkUhuj t5zcMF6pJ0zK%2F9YSTeUyQ0%3D&reserved=0> DIRECT 425.250.7232 | MAIN 425.216.4051 From: Nathan Janders <NJanders@Rentonwa.gov> Sent: Thursday, October 20, 2022 9:21 PM To: Jake Drake <jdrake@TheBluelineGroup.com>; Terry Mitchell <terrycwa7800@hotmail.com> Cc: Yannick Mets <ymets@thebluelinegroup.com>; Paul Reeves <paul@thetrailsidegroup.com> Subject: Mitchell Final Short Plat application process log All, to help aid ease of communication and reconcile several email threads to a single point I am starting a new email chain centered on the process and requirements of the final short plat. My goal is to keep communication clear as we complete the final step of this project. Jake, I’ve screened the documents that you submit and they make a complete application, however I do have one question: I noticed that the deed of dedication submit (“5 L_Deed…”) is different than the deed submit with v2 of the PSUB (“19133 Mitchell…”). It appears to be an older version based on dates in exhibit A. No corrections were requested on the V2 psub document so I’m thinking this was accidentally included and you want the newer version. Do you want me to exchange files to include “19133 Mitchell…” with the final SP application instead of “5 L_Deed…”? please confirm. Terry, In order to formally accept the final short plat application and begin the review process, the application fee must be paid. Paul told me previously that this is being paid directly by you. It can be paid in one of several ways: -Online through our permit portal <https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fpermitting.rentonwa.gov%2F%23%2Fhome&data=05%7C01%7CNJanders%40Rentonwa.gov%7C1b010 265dd6b4ea1ab4608dab372af1c%7C71014141061148858e98cc96a05e1675%7C1%7C1%7C638019602405943269%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000%7C%7C%7C& sdata=Fb04LWqfB7xs8%2FTj7rAFdCC15pXCHtLebZudADYVpeQ%3D&reserved=0> -In person at the finance department located on the first floor of City Hall (immediately to the left when entering the building). -Mailing a check with a copy of the invoice to the finance department, mailing address is: City of Renton Attn: Finance / AR 1055 South Grady Way Renton, WA 98057 Please let me know once payment is made such that I can confirm receipt of it and continue processing the final short plat.
