There will be truck traffic in and out of the project site during certain phases of the project for which all required protocols will be followed. If there are any changes to this approach, our team will provide updates as needed. Ecology comment re excavation and dewatering CPL provided Unico with the following information: Maximum excavation depth is currently proposed to be 13.95 ft. Groundwater may need to be withdrawn to facilitate construction of underground utilities and floodplain mitigation facilities. No permanent dewatering is proposed. Groundwater withdrawals and treated stormwater runoff will be discharged to the existing detention pond B located on the western portion of the site. All water being discharged during construction will be confirmed and treated for sediment and turbidity prior to discharging as necessary. All temporary dewatering will be consistent with City of Renton and State of Washington requirements.
