To align eligibility lists within the Department and streamline processes, it was requested that promotional lists be formatted like all other eligibility lists, in ranked order by grade. To do this, the rules would need to be revised to eliminate the words “alphabetical order” and add reference to the ordering occurring based on their grades. Discussion ensued. Moved by Camila Lagow and Seconded by Louis Trujillo that the proposed edits to Civil Service Rules 10.02 and 11.01 be adopted. . 7. Other Business/Comments . A.
