THE FOLLOWING WAS NOTED:
Associated Earth Sciences Inc. (AESI) was onsite in the morning to observe progress on Detention Facility #1B. Upon arrival, we met
with Jerry Jr. of CDC.
Detention Facility #1B
AESI observed that placement of stormwater chambers was complete in Facility #1B. While onsite, we observed a Telebelt being
used to place aggregate around and 0.5’ above the stormwater chambers. Approximately half of the aggregate had been installed at
the time of our visit. CDC informed AESI that they plan to compact the top 0.5’ of aggregate with a plate compactor. In our opinion,
based on our observations, the installation of Detention Facility #1B appears consisted with project plans and our recommendations.
See Figure 1 for location of observed areas.
