HomeMy WebLinkAboutAddendum - 1  AMENDMENTNO.1TOAGREEMENTFORLEADERSHIP TRAININGSERVICES   THISAMENDMENT,datedforreferencepurposesonlyasNovember21,2022,isbyandbetween theCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andApertureEQ (“Consultant”),aWashingtoncorporation.TheCityandtheConsultantarereferredtocollectively inthisAmendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentis effectiveasofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.  Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAGͲ21Ͳ332,dated December17,2021,toprovidetrainingservices(referredtohereinasthe“Agreement”);  Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethetimeforperformanceand changethecompensationinordertoextendtheagreementforoneyear.  NOWTHEREFORE,ItismutuallyagreeduponthatCAGͲ21Ͳ332isamendedasfollows:  1.TimeofPerformance:Section3,TimeofPerformance,isamendedtoextendthe agreementforoneyear.AllWorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanDecember31,2023.  2.Compensation:Section4,Compensation,isamendedsothatthemaximumamountof compensationpayabletoConsultantisincreasedby$15,000from$15,000to$30,000, plusanyapplicablestateandlocalsalestaxes.Theadditionalcompensationshallbepaid baseduponWorkactuallyperformedaccordingtotherate(s)oramountsspecifiedin ExhibitAoftheAgreement.  3.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceand effectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasif fullysetforthherein.  INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshavevoluntarilyenteredintothisAmendmentasofthedate lastsignedbythePartiesbelow.
