This a tenant improvement that consists of merging two units into one large restaurant . Equaling (5,692 square footage) Previously one of the units was a hair salon and the other a restaurant. No exterior modifications or site improvements are being proposed. All walls, facades, windows, awnings, etc. are to remain unchanged. Signage is being proposed per graphic designer and signage manufacturer. A. Project name: Clove Restaurant- Tenant Improvement s B. Zoning: C C. See above D. Site does not have any special features such as wetlands, water bodies, steep slopes etc. E. Since this is an existing structure with no exterior changes being proposed no soil type is required. SUBJECT: Construction Mitigation Description Dear Plan Reviewer, this is addressing the construction mitigat ion descriptions. Since this is an existing building with the present use not changing this portion of what is required for the environmental review is not applica ble to this project. No proposed hauling/transportation routes are being proposed. No traffic impacts, erosion, mud, dust and other noxious characteristics are applicable. Preliminary t raffic control plan is not being proposed. Construction dates are depending on when review is finished, and building is approved. SUBJECT: Site Plan Dear Plan Reviewer, some of the site plan requirements are not applicable to this project due to the building, roads, parking etc. already in place. We ask that this portion be waived as part of the requirements for the environmental review.
