RISER TO ALLOW FOR DEFLECTIONS FROM VEHICLE LOADINGS WITHOUT
DAMAGING TANK.
9. ALL TANK ACCESS OPENINGS MUST BE READILY ACCESSIBLE BY MAINTENANCE
VEHICLES.
10. TANKS MUST COMPLY WITH THE OSHA CONFINED SPACE REQUIREMENTS,
