HomeMy WebLinkAboutAddendum - 1  AMENDMENTNO.1TOAGREEMENTFORARBITRAGEREBATE CONSULTINGSERVICES   THISAMENDMENT,datedforreferencepurposesonlyasNovember30,2022,isbyandbetween theCityofRenton(the“City”),aWashingtonmunicipalcorporation,andArbitrageCompliance Specialists,Inc.(“Consultant”).TheCityandtheConsultantarereferredtocollectivelyinthis Amendmentasthe“Parties.”OncefullyexecutedbytheParties,thisAmendmentiseffectiveas ofthelastdatesignedbybothparties.  Whereas,theCityengagedtheservicesoftheConsultantunderAgreementCAGͲ22Ͳ010,dated December31,2021,toprovidenecessaryarbitragecomplianceservices(referredtohereinas the“Agreement”);  Whereas,thePartieswishtoamendtheAgreementtochangethetimeforperformanceinorder toextendthetimeofperformanceforthree(3)additionalyears.  NOWTHEREFORE,ItismutuallyagreeduponthatCAGͲ22Ͳ010isamendedasfollows:  1.TimeofPerformanceandFeeSchedule:Section3,TimeofPerformanceandtheFee ScheduleinExhibitAoftheAgreementareamendedtoreflectthatservicesmaycontinue throughDecember31,2025,attheratesprovidedforintheexistingfeeschedule.All WorkshallbeperformedbynolaterthanDecember31,2025.  2.AlltermsoftheAgreementnotexplicitlymodifiedhereinshallremaininfullforceand effectandsuchtermsshallapplytoWorkperformedaccordingtothisAmendmentasif fullysetforthherein.  INWITNESSWHEREOF,thePartieshavevoluntarilyenteredintothisAmendmentasofthedate lastsignedbythePartiesbelow.
