CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER AGREEMENT
CONTRACT: Council Chambers A/V Upgrades CAG-22-001 C.O.#3
CONTRACTOR: Avidex Industries, LLC
SUMMARY OF PROPOSED CHANGE: Add 75” landscape orientation display to the rear wall of Council
Chambers, update AVoIP decoder to tie new display into current system. Add one (1) UC PTZ Camera in 7th
Floor Conferencing center and tie it into exists QSYS system, add two (2) digital linear microphone arrays in
ceiling near mounted projector, upgrade existing touch panel control system and other equipment to tie the
new camera and microphones in the 7th Floor Conferencing Center to the Council Chambers audio/video
system which will allow broadcasting of hybrid in-person/virtual meetings from that room over Renton’s
Channel 21.
