PURPOSE
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Contract and Exhibits I, II and III end date to March
31, 2023.
A. STANDARD CONTRACT CHANGES
No changes to funding table.
B.EXHIBIT CHANGES
1.For Exhibits I, II and III all references to the exhibit end date are removed and replaced with
March 31, 2023.
2.For Exhibits I, II and III, Attachment 1, lines (v) and (vi) are amended as follows:
