your comment on the ICE it may be prudent that we set up a quick meeting to discuss the City’s planned
improvements at that corner.

WSDOT has the following comments on this notice and TIA, attached and below.
1. See attached TIA.
2. Any impacts to SR 515 that are under WSDOT approval jurisdiction needs reviewed and will lead
to a developer agreement as the formal approval document. I can be the point of contact if I can
be put in touch directly with the developer.
