SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
PR22-000335 Goddard School, LUA22-000414, ECF, SA-A
Dear Mr. Schuler,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton accepted the above master application for review on December 15,
2022. During review of the submitted project documents, staff has determined that additional information is
needed in order to proceed with review of the application. Specifically, the applicant shall address the following:
The applicant shall submit an updated Transportation Trip Generation memo to account for the following:
• ITE Pass-by Rates for Daycare facilities which is identified as 44% in the 2021 Pass-by Tables for ITE Trip
Generation Appendices.
• Renton 2016 Rate Study pass-by rate for Health/Fitness facilities (RES4299) which is identified as 6% (100%
- % New Trips from Rate Study Page 30 Table 9).
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the updated project documents identified
above and in the attached memo. The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90) days of this notice,
unless an extension is approved by the Current Planning Project Manager. Please contact me at (425) 430-7219 if
