This review is limited to the steel arch culvert, foundations, and retaining walls. The permit applicant has responded successfully to our comments. Individual revised structural sheets were submitted in response to our review and supersede the original drawing sets. We are providing copies of these drawings with our review stamp. Corrections and comments made during the review process do not relieve the permit applicant or the designers from compliance with code requirements, conditions of approval, and permit requirements; nor are the designers relieved of responsibility for a complete design in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington. This review is for general compliance with the AASHTO Specification as it relates to the project. If you have any questions or need additional clarification, please contact us.
