The applicant would submit follow-up information by close of business on Friday, January 27, with the staff response due on February 1. The purpose for this request is to allow time for the applicant and staff to reach agreement on the tree retention plan. We have discussed with Andrew Van Gordon and Matt Herrera (cc’d) and they support this request. Please let us know if need any additional information-- and whether this request can be granted.
