NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RENTON HEARING EXAMINER
RENTON, WASHINGTON
A virtual/telephonic public hearing will be held by the Renton Hearing Examiner on February 7, 2023 at 6:00 PM by
means of the Zoom video conferencing web application to consider the following petition:
Kennydale Gateway
LUA22-000011
Location: 4350 Lake Washington Blvd N (APN 3224059049). The applicant is requesting master site plan, Hearing
Examiner site plan, shoreline substantial development, SEPA environmental review, and a street modification for the
redevelopment of the former Pan Abode site into a mixed use development with three (3) four-story apartment
buildings for up to 385 residential units and roughly 1,500 sf of retail space.
