It seems actual summer time the significant bike and pedestrian traffic has not been considered. In addition there is currently uncontrolled pedestrian traffic between Eastrail and the May Creek Trail. The new construction will add significantly more pedestrian traffic between the new building construction and Eastrail. What is the plan to make that crossing safe? The traffic study implies there is access to Barbie Mill neighborhood via S 37th. S 37th does not connect to Barbie Mill.
