The Comprehensive Plan indicates this area as Manufacturing.
The proposed use is for automobile reduction plant and scrap
metal reprocessing.
Staff comment: The area to be developed includes the Ca-

have indicated they will dedicate right of way for streetr- -
purposes. A.".letter has been received from the Applicants re-
questing additional time for preparation of presentation mater-
ial.
Committee comments : Recommend M-P zoning. The M-P zoning
would be in agreement with the policies previously set by the
Commission regarding industrial development in the Valley area.
Mr. Stredicke asked that the Railroad Company notified of
the next meeting on this matter, so that they can havea rep-
resentative present, since the Railroad has expressed interest
in the rezone of this property.
