Attached for your review and approval is an executed quote #50101 with Range Servant America, vendor #065742, in the amount of $36,019.22 also attached herein. This golf course driving range golf ball dispenser was purchased in September 2022 to replace an aging machine. The hardware was delivered and paid for via invoice #119244 in October 2022 in the amount of $31,891.83. The cost of freight invoiced was $46.24 higher than originally quoted and the sales tax rate increased from 10.547% on the quote to 10.625% on the invoice increasing the total contract amount to $36,069.96. Once installation work has been completed, an additional invoice in the amount of $4,178.13 will be processed.
