HomeMy WebLinkAboutCM_Construction Mitigation_012723January 27th, 2023 Construction Mitigation for Enclave 5 Lot Short Plat 980 Hoquiam Avenue NE Renton, WA 98059 Proposed Construction Dates Proposed construction is expected to start in the summer of 2024, by identifying limits of site disturbance, installing erosion and sedimentation control devices such as silt fence and construction entrance and catch basin protection devices, followed by demolishing existing house and attached garage. Thereafter, construction of proposed ROW and on-site improvements will start per approved plans. Hours of Operation, The hours of operation will be 8:00 am to 4:00 pm daily until completion of construction. No special hours of operation are anticipated for this project, the normal standard work hours Monday to Friday should be adequate to start and complete construction work for the proposed project. Hauling and Transportation Routes, Depending on the location of the legal dump site if needed, the proposed hauling and transportation route likely to be via Hoquiam Ave NE and NE Sunset Blvd. Construction material maybe stored on-site during construction progress, construction vehicle will also be stored on-site if needed, construction personnel vehicles will be parked off-site as identified by the project contractor, the construction site will be fenced and secured as need to ensure public safety. Proposed Improvements, Proposed improvements consist of on-site and frontage road improvements, on-site improvement consist of constructing proposed dispersion trenches and proposed new houses. Frontage road improvement consist of installing 8’ wide planter stirp and 5’ concrete sidewalks in NE 10th Street, up to 12” of additional paving, new vertical concrete curb and gutter, new 8’ planter strip and new 5’ concrete sidewalks in Hoquiam Avenue. The proposed improvements will also include installation of new water and sewer connections to proposed new houses from existing water and sewer mains in NE 10th Street.
